Ordered the wrong size. Had to exchange it. The return worked, but the reply took longer than I expected. Customer service was nice. Just not fast. It was okay overall. Could be smoother...

I ordered a couple of things from ldsbookstore, and overall they were okay, just not anything special. One of the items felt a bit cheaper than I was expecting, and the print quality wasn’t as sharp as I’d hoped. It’s still usable, so I’m not totally upset about it, but I probably expected a little better. Also, the repeated verification during the process got annoying fast. I get needing security, but having to confirm things over and over made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

My order was mostly correct and the rest of the items showed up fine, but one thing was wrong. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s frustrating having to spend extra time and energy dealing with a mistake that shouldn’t have happened.

I ordered a gift because the site clearly made it look like it was available, then later I got a message saying it was actually out of stock. The communication around it was unclear, and it was annoying because it wasted my time when I could’ve ordered something else sooner

I ordered this as a personalized gift, and the name came out really clean, exactly how I typed it. I've seen a lot of customized items where the lettering looks a little off, but this one looked nicer than most. Shipping was smooth too, so overall I'm really happy with it.

Got my books and they were totally fine, which I was happy about. The box was strong enough and nothing got bent up or scratched or anything like that, so yeah, packed really well I think

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Dealing with their customer service was really frustrating. The replies took forever, and when someone finally got back to me, it felt like they hadn’t actually read what I wrote. I had to keep repeating the same question over and over. Definitely regret ordering from here and won’t be doing it again.

I was able to find the LDS church books I was looking for, and they turned out to be relevant to what I needed. My sister had mentioned a couple of them too, so it was nice to come across the right ones without much hassle.

The site gets the job done, but the menus feel slow and a bit clunky to use.

I stopped in not really sure what all they’d have, but they ended up having a good selection of LDS books, gifts, and other church-related things. I found what I came for easily, and somehow left with a couple extra things too.

I ordered this scripture case as a gift and it was disappointing. The packaging was really plain, and the case itself felt cheaper than it looked in the photos. Shipping was fine, but it just didn’t feel nice enough to give to someone, which kind of ruined my plan since I had to scramble for another gift

The prices felt way too high for what you actually get. I was expecting things to feel a bit more worth it, but it ended up feeling like I had to put in more effort than it was worth. Just didn’t really feel like a good deal to me.
